Christi’s been at this since before extensions were a thing — certified at 19, obsessed ever since. Her work is part art, part obsession, and completely about making you feel like yourself. Cancellation Policy

CZ HAIR DESIGNS POLICIES Cut the Shit. Communicate. Get Great Hair. “Period!” We’re all about good vibes, great hair, and mutual respect. Your appointment time is yours — we reserve it just for you. Life happens, and we totally get it, but communication is everything. If something comes up, just reach out. We’ll always do our best to be understanding when you do. Cancellations Things happen — just don’t ghost us. If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of your service total will be due before you can rebook. No-Shows If you no-call, no-show, that’s a 100% charge to the card on file. We love you, but we don’t chase people down — we’re busy doing hair. Running Late We get it — parking sucks, traffic hits, life happens. You’ve got a 10-minute grace period, then we may need to reschedule and apply a fee. A quick text goes a long way. Communication is Key We’re human. You’re human. Emergencies happen — and we’ll always give grace when you communicate. Silence, though? That’s a different story. Card on File Every client keeps a card on file, securely stored. You’ll always be notified before any charge is made. Unpaid Fees All balances must be cleared before rebooking.
